I was planning on hitting up the Teen Titans rogues next, however I was out and about with the sketchbook, and couldn't recall any of them off the top of the head. Therefore, I rolled with my favorite DC hero's baddies. Hope you dig!

After finishing the DC Alphabet theme, I posted a poll on my Deviant Art page, trying to get some direction for the next run of sketches in the book. The majority of votes came in for Batman villains, so I thought who better to start off the batch than with the dapperest arch enemy of them all, Penguin.
